The largest sports and entertainment facility in North America, the project features 500,000 square feet of interior space, including volleyball and basketball courts, a gymnastics center, a cheer center, indoor soccer fields, a fitness center, restaurants, and bars. Nestled between the buildings is the Miller Way event space, which features a 400’ long open-air canopy structure with a zipline running down it’s center.

WPe worked with the client and architect to design and deliver the project to an aggressive schedule. The project features multiple long span hall structures, constructed from pre-engineered metal building frames with concrete masonry exterior walls. Extensive exposed framing includes the Miller Way canopy structure with a unique stayed frame structure that creates a slender structure that belies its 60’ height.
