A new hillside residence and accessory dwelling unit on a difficult but spectacular hillside location.

WPe worked with the architect to help determine the massing to achieve efficient foundation systems. Cantilevering floor plates allow for extensive exterior decks and maximize the impressive views, whilst limiting the supporting foundation wall heights and pile lengths.
