A 75,000-square-foot commercial development in the growing West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles, it features extensive glazed facades offering panoramic views of the city across its three above grade levels.

The concrete structure was designed to achieve generous column spacing and large cantilevered floorplates.

Located in a flood zone, the weight of the building needed to be tightly optimized to resist two and half stories of hydrostatic uplift pressures.
