A small-lot subdivision in the Mid City neighborhood of Los Angeles. The project consists of 12 independent dwellings, separated from each other by inches.

The design necessitated the lateral systems be optimized to control lateral movement under a seismic or wind event.

Whilst the units share similar arrangements, they each have unique attributes to maximize balconies and interior spaces.
