A residential development comprising of approximately 200 units. Located in Koreatown, the project consists of two buildings on adjoining sites interconnected by courtyards and shared spaces.

Each building has five stories of Type IIIA construction over two stories of Type IA podium. An additional two levels of basement parking create a total of 272,000 square feet of construction area.

WPe worked with the architect and other consultants to allow for MEP systems that mitigate the need for extensive soffits. Careful attention was also paid to the first-floor concrete structure to minimize transfer conditions and allow for steps at the exterior areas.
