An elegant new 2,300-square-foot residence in the Westside Del Rey neighborhood in Los Angeles. The design was closely coordinated with the architect to ensure an economical, conventional wood-framed structure whilst achieving a modern, open plan, light-filled house.

The design incorporated existing walls to facilitate a streamlined review process and maximize the footprint of the new residence.
